Love the new forums and the new support portal, Alex. Not sure if this is the appropriate place, but something that would be useful with the new support forums is a way of telling at a glance which forum has messages that I have not read yet and, when viewing posts, which posts are read/unread. That would make it easier to be able to know what the latest requests are.
