- Where do I apply to become an AutomatedQA partner?
- When you order the partner certification, the application is displayed during checkout: Order AutomatedQA partner certification
- What happens after I apply?
- When you apply, you will be charged $500 US (non-refundable) and you'll
fill out the partnership application which includes questions such as:
- Number of employees
- Est. Yearly Revenue
- Year business started
- Describe your product and services
- Main geographic regions your company covers
- And so on
You'll receive an automatic email confirming that your application has been received and requesting that you sign the partner agreement: Partner agreement document (pdf) and After the agreement is signed you'll then fax the signed agreement to AutomatedQA.
Your representative will be contacted to arrange the certification interview. If the interview is successful, you will be emailed notification that you have been accepted as an AutomatedQA certified partner.
If you're certified, we will request a logo for your partner listing and your listing will be added to the partner directory.
You'll add the AutomatedQA partner program logo to your site with a link to http://automatedqa.com.

- What is the scope of the certification interview?
- The scope of the interview depends on the type of services you will offer. For companies that just recommend our products only familiarity is required, trainers need more depth. A company can be certified at an entry level and we are happy to upgrade their listing later when they are ready to offer training.
- What is the agreement that we have to sign to become partners?

- Do you provide product training for partners?
- Our products are well documented and we share our training materials with partners, however, we don't have specific training for trainers. The best option for trainers starting out who want help is to attend one of our quarterly TestComplete training summits in Las Vegas.
- What are the benefits of being a reseller?

- What is your participation level on helping my company to resell and deploy your products? For example, on-site presentations, implementation support, etc.
- Here's a list of the specific benefits that we offer to partners: Partner Benefits We offer support for online sales presentations and partners receive unlimited online technical support which can include pre-sales questions and assistance with projects.
- What training materials are available for partners?
- The majority of our documentation is included with the products and available online. Please send a request if you'd like to receive the additional materials used in our TestComplete training summit.
- What marketing materials are available for partners?
- Some materials are available from our press pages. We also have data sheets and brochures available on request. We're also open to joint marketing opportunities with certified partners. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss a joint marketing project.
- What training and consulting opportunities are available to partners?
- Partners receive a partner listing on the AutomatedQA site to help potential customers locate them. Training and service leads are sent to the partner closest to the customer request. We don't actively market services, so partners should expect to develop their own leads.
- Are there other ways to promote my company on the AutomatedQA site?
- AutomatedQA related case studies, white papers and blog posts are excellent
ways to promote your organization.
- Case Studies: If you have a customer success story involving an AutomatedQA product, contact Jeff Young, and we'll help you turn it into a professional case study featured on our site and blog.
- White papers: We'll work with you to create joint white papers that promote your services and AutomatedQA's products.
- Blog posts: Have a great QA related tip, link or story to share? Submit it for our blog and we'll post it along with a link to your organization.
We're also open to joint marketing opportunities with certified partners. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss a joint marketing project.
- What are the requirements for the Gold Partner level?
- Gold Partner level candidates would be existing partners or retailers with high sales levels and considerable experience with AutomatedQA products.
- Can you tell me more about the partner not-for-resale discount?
- The partner not-for-resale license discount is for installation on partner computers only, and may not be resold to customers. Certified partners get an 80% discount on not-for-resale licenses on any AutomatedQA product. Partners may use these licenses to provide services to customers like training and consulting, provided that the licenses are only used on partner computers. Partners also use these licenses for their own in-house training, testing, etc.
- What is the partner discount code?
- Enter the partner code during checkout to receive the 80% discount on not-for-resale licenses. The discount is valid only for certified partners.
- Is there a limit to the number of not-for-resale licenses a partner can purchase?
- We reserve the right to limit purchases for any reason, but there is no set limit and it hasn't been an issue.
- Can we be your exclusive partner for a specific region?
- Sorry, we don't offer exclusive partnerships.
