TestComplete provides fully automated support for functional, unit and regression testing of 64-bit .NET, Java and Windows applications. Testing of 64-bit applications with TestComplete does not differ from testing 32-bit applications. TestComplete records and replays user actions over 64-bit applications using the same program objects, properties and methods that it does for 32-bit applications. This allows the same automation scripts to be used for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the tested application. In scripts, it is also possible to determine the application bitness. This way, testers can create more complex tests that perform specific actions for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the tested application.
TestComplete provides access to methods and properties that use both 32-bit and 64-bit values. You can explore these values in the Object Browser and get and set them from scripts.
