Automated Build Studio Macros
You can visually create, modify and run macros with Automated Build Studio. Just pick an operation from the Operations palette, drag it to your macro and specify the needed properties! The palette contains over 660 operations grouped by categories, like Microsoft Compilers, Files and Directories, Remote Macro Execution and many others. A variety of operations allows you to automate almost any task.

MSBuild Macros
Using the standalone version of Build Studio you can also visually edit MSBuild projects. You can add or remove elements and modify their properties within Automated Build Studio’s IDE.

Log and Summary
These panels display the operations output and results, as well as macro execution statistics, details and the differences with the previous run.

Client Panel
In the Client panel you can specify one or several macros to be run on a remote computer. In this panel you can also start these macros, control their execution and view the history of previous runs.

Web Interface
With the Web Interface you can monitor and even control macro execution from a distant computer and it is not required to have Build Studio installed on that computer. All you need is an Internet browser.

Charts Panel
Automated Build Studio can collect information about running macros and display that information in a graphical form. You can use this information to analyze the macro run statistics, determine the ratio of successful and failed macro runs, check the macro runs activity and organize macro runs.

Macro Debugging Features
Build Studio has a full-featured debugger that allows you to locate and correct errors in macros. These features include: code-stepping, expression evaluation, watches, ordinary and conditional breakpoints.

Continuous Integration Support
Using the Automated Build Service that is supplied with Build Studio, you can launch a specified macro at regular time intervals or when certain conditions are met. For example when the project source files were changed in the repository. Thus, you will always be able to provide developers and users with a working build compiled using the latest versions of the source files.
