Automated Build Studio Web Interface
Automated Build Studio is a full featured build and release management system that
provides remote control and monitoring of your software builds (see
Automated Build Studio Client/Server). Automated Build Studio includes a
special Client panel that lets you manage remote macro runs. In addition to the
panel, you can also control the remote macro execution through any Web browser by
viewing pages provided by Automated Build Studio's Web Interface.
Typically, the Web Interface is installed on the same computer that the Automated
Build Studio server is installed on. The Web Interface generates HTML pages that
you can view without installing any special software on your computer. All you need
on your client computer is a web browser - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape
Navigator or any other. Just connect to the appropriate URL and you are on your
way to control software builds from anywhere in the world.
The Web Interface approach is highly intuitive and easy-to-use. The generated pages
are very similar to Build Studio’s Client panel and related dialogs. Of course,
access to the Build Studio server is controlled through a comprehensive security
system with permission division.

The Web Interface is a perfect complement to the Build Studio package. Using it
you can run macros on remote computers, monitor macro runs and analyze results.
You can also download macros from and upload them to the remote computer.
Web Interface is included in the Automated Build Studio package. This means you do
not have to pay more for it. For information on system requirements for
Automated Build Studio's Web Interface, see Automated
Build Studio - System Requirements.
