AQtrace - Support for Issue-Tracking Systems

The error report files generated by AQtrace Reporter are received by the Report Collector and processed by the AQtrace Service on the server side (see How It Works). The AQtrace package includes specific server-side plug-ins that automatically add the received error reports to an issue-tracking database. So, you can be sure that no bug will be lost or forgotten.

The plug-ins connect to the report storage, check the reports that have been received recently and add work items on the base of these reports to the issue-tracking systems. Currently, the plug-ins support the following systems:

	Microsoft Visual Studio Team System 2005 and 2008
	Bugzilla version 3.0.3 and 3.1.3

The API access to the report storage is open, so you can create your own plug-ins that will support the issue-tracking database that is used in your company. You can find the API in the AQtrace documentation.
