An Industrial-Grade Test Automation and
Management Tool for Visual C++ Applications

AutomatedQA's TestComplete is a full-featured, solid automation and management tool for testing C++ applications, specially tuned to test applications built with MFC, ATL, WTL and ActiveX libraries. It boasts several industry firsts, especially a uniquely flexible, user-oriented approach. With TestComplete, you test your own way, with scripts or C++ code written your own way, and test reports organized to your own needs.
Compiled with debug information, Visual C++ applications provide the test engine with access to methods and properties of the applications’ internal objects and their methods and fields. Depending on the compiler settings, TestComplete can access either public, or both public, protected and private members.
Scripts can be recorded or coded in DelphiScript, VBScript, JScript, C++Script or C#Script for replay from TestComplete. Scripts in C++Script (which is based on JScript) can also be used for insertion into Visual C++ source code and they can be coded directly into a Visual C++ application. TestComplete is an OLE server and can just as easily be run from a Visual C++ application, as a Visual C++ application can be run from TestComplete.
