Share your experience and get advice from other users of AutomatedQA products in our official Forums and on the SQAforums web site, which are also monitored by the AutomatedQA Support Team.

Ask Questions

If you can’t find answers to your questions on the Support Portal, feel free to contact us directly via the Contact Support form. The online form is only needed to open a new support case (that is, to initiate a conversation) – the Support Team will reply to you via e-mail and further communication is held via e-mail, just click Reply in your e-mail client.

We provide free technical support to all users of AutomatedQA products, including Demo version users. However, the priority is given to registered customers that provide their Customer ID when opening a new support case. An active Maintenance Subscription increases the support case priority even more. The normal turnaround time for Support Team replies is 1-2 business days, but depending on the complexity of the question and on the priority of your request, this time may vary.

Support Forums

AutomatedQA provides online forums for each of our products. This is a great place to share your real-world experience with other users. On our forums, your questions are answered by our Support team and Team AQA expert volunteers.

Training Services

We also offer TestComplete training and free TestComplete webinars to help jumpstart your team with new AutomatedQA tools or take your experienced team to the next level.

Automatic Error Reporting

AutomatedQA products also support automatic error reporting. If an error occurs while you are working with our products, a message will display asking you to send an automatic error report to AutomatedQA.
